Ingredients

  • Dark chocolate: 125 grams.
  • Butter: 125 grams.
  • Sugar: 132 grams.
  • Eggs: 2 units.
  • Flour: 50 grams.
  • Cinnamon powder: 15 grams.
  • Sugary vanilla: 15 grams.

What should you do?

  • First, melt the chocolate.
  • Once you do, add the butter in small cubes until it melts with the chocolate, to mix it well until you get a kind of dough.
  • Later, beat the eggs with the sugar until they turn white.
  • Once they are ready, mix them with the melted chocolate and add the sifted flour, cinnamon and vanilla. All the ingredients are stirred well until a homogeneous dough is obtained and it is left to rest for 5 minutes.
  • Take a baking sheet and cover it with greaseproof paper.
  • On it, pour the dough and later, you take it to the oven at 150º for about 30 minutes.
  • Finally you take it out, let it cool and cut the dough into portions to have the brownies ready.

Ingredients

  • Eggs: 4 units.
  • Chocolate: 115 grams.
  • Butter: 75 grams.
  • Flour: 75 grams.
  • Sugar: 75 grams.
  • Cocoa powder: 50 grams.

What should you do?

  1. First, melt the chocolate together with the butter, putting them in the microwave for a few seconds, without overdoing it so that it does not burn.
  2. Besides, in a bowl beat the eggs with the sugar  until it is foamy and white. 
  3. Once the desired texture is achieved, add the melted chocolate little by little and stir gently.
  4. Then, sift the flour and add it to the bowl to mix it well with the rest of the ingredients.
  5. To take to the oven, grease the molds and sprinkle them with a little cocoa powder. Fill about ¾ parts with the mixture and freeze overnight.
  6. The next day, preheat the oven to 180ºC.
  7. When checking that they are well frozen, you put them to bake   at 180º C, without a fan, for 12 minutes ; once the center swells, they are ready.

Puff pastry palms with chocolate

  • Puff pastry: 1 disc.
  • Icing sugar

What should you do?

  1. The first thing you should do is sprinkle the sugar over the puff pastry and roll out the puff pastry plate with the rolling pin.
  2. Carefully fold the disc into several layers, sprinkling sugar to taste. Continue stretching the puff pastry a little with the rolling pin, shaping it into a rectangle.
  3. Then roll the dough from the two longest edges to the middle, so that you get two puff pastry rolls.
  4. Using a very sharp knife, carefully slice the two puff pastry rolls at the same time, in order to form the palm trees. Before taking them to the oven, you sprinkle a little icing sugar on them and put them on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.
  5. When they are well organized, bake them at 180º C for about 20 minutes. Remove them and let them cool.
  6. To add the chocolate, melt both chocolates in the microwave and finally decorate the palm trees with a strand of dark and white chocolate.
