Understand above all that we all have good days and bad days. Even more, assume that it is normal that throughout the day you experience small decays and that you soon recover.

People are not robots. We are emotional minds that react in different ways to stimuli depending on the moment.

There will be days when we are more worried, more susceptible. And then there will be moments when an unexpected motivation embraces us and we are capable of everything.

Our brain will always try to protect us in these more specific cases. So you can put these strategies into practice to try to help him:

  • Cool your mind, block negativity, and exercise your body. Go for a walk, ride a bike, paint mandalas, walk by the sea or in a forest, etc.
