    • 5 drops of lemon juice
    • 3 drops of vitamin E

    • First, heat the water and, when it comes to a boil, add the herbs (nettle, thyme and mint). Let infuse 20 minutes covered.
    • Then filter and mix with the neutral shampoo. Pour in the essential oil and lemon juice (it can also be lemon essential oil).
    • Finally, add vitamin E (it is available in capsules in naturist houses) and stir so that it is well homogeneous.
