What happens to my data after the trial ends? ▾
Nothing is deleted. Your knowledge graph is preserved, you just can't exceed Free tier limits until you upgrade. All your atoms, projects, and connections stay exactly where they are.
How does Sulci capture knowledge? ▾
Sulci uses a Chrome extension for AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini), an MCP server for Claude Code and Cursor, and OAuth integrations for Google Calendar, Slack, and Google Docs. All extraction happens automatically.
Is my data private? ▾
Yes. In self-hosted mode, everything stays on your machine. In SaaS mode, your data is isolated per-user with row-level security. We never share your data or use it for training.
Can I self-host instead of using the cloud? ▾
Absolutely. Sulci is open source and designed to run locally. Clone the repo and run docker compose up — the full stack runs on your machine with SQLite, no account needed. The cloud version adds cross-device sync, team features, and managed infrastructure.
What's a "knowledge atom"? ▾
An atom is the smallest unit of knowledge Sulci extracts: a fact, decision, preference, entity, relationship, or instruction. These atoms are what make your AI tools contextually aware.
How many atoms does a typical user generate? ▾
A moderate user generates about 2,500 atoms per month. The Pro plan's 25,000 atom limit covers roughly 10 months of typical use.
